Mentoring creates and leaves an impact in our girls’ lives. Foster care children find more self-confidence, self-esteem, and are able to create big goals for themselves. Additionally, studies show that behavior, attitudes, and relationships improve when a youth has a mentor. Through our mentorship program, our residents witness, possibly for the first time, what it means to be an influential, nurturing, and giving person.
If you are interested in becoming a mentor for one of our residents, contact Kaylee Henry at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 409-832-6223.
